Schofield Eyes Zepeda After Bahdi Bout, Father Predicts Early Stoppage
Rising prospect Floyd Schofield has set his sights on a potential clash with William Zepeda, but only after he navigates his upcoming fight against Lucas Bahdi. Schofield's father has already made a bold prediction for the hypothetical Zepeda encounter.
Floyd Schofield is reportedly looking past his immediate challenge, with sources indicating his desire to face William Zepeda next. This ambitious plan hinges entirely on Schofield first securing a victory in his upcoming bout against Lucas Bahdi.
The young fighter's camp seems confident, as Schofield's father has already made a striking prediction for a potential showdown with Zepeda. He forecasts a four-round stoppage of the relentless Mexican pressure fighter, a bold statement given Zepeda's formidable reputation.
Such a projection is considered highly ambitious, especially considering Schofield has yet to claim a world title in his professional career. The boxing world will be watching closely to see if Schofield can first overcome Bahdi before entertaining thoughts of a high-stakes clash with Zepeda.
